Effortless

One brief. No email back-and-forth.

Our first booking took 17 emails. Now the agent writes them, follows up and keeps every thread in one place.

Saves money

The listed price is the most you'll pay.

Venues have group rates they don't post online. The agent asks every venue for one, then compares them on the same terms.

You're in the leader seat

Nothing happens without your OK.

You review every email before it goes out, you're cc'd on every thread, and nothing is booked or paid without your approval.

How it works

The agent does the legwork. You make every decision.

  1. 01 · Research

    It finds venues that fit

From your brief, it searches Google for bookable venues near your office, reads each venue's own website for the events contact, and drops the ones that don't fit. You pick the shortlist.

  2. 02 · Outreach

    It writes to each venue

A personal email to each venue, asking for availability, the full group price and the booking terms. Every email says it was written by an AI assistant. You approve each one before it's sent.

  3. 03 · Negotiation

    It negotiates in the open

It reads every reply, pulls out the price and terms, and follows up to ask for a better rate. Every message is in the log. Tell it what to do next in plain words.

  4. 04 · Decision

It lines up the quotes. You book.

Quotes side by side on the same terms. You confirm each number against the venue's own words, and only confirmed quotes are ranked. You choose.

For venue owners

Got an email from Unlisted?

It's a real event request. A planner at a local company asked our agent to find a venue for their team, and that planner is cc'd on the email.

  • Reply as you normally would. Your reply reaches the planner and the agent. Quote however you like: a group rate, a package or your rate card.
  • We only write when there's a real event. No mailing lists and no marketing. We use the events or contact email your business publishes on its own website.
  • Want more group bookings, or fewer emails? Write to hello@seattleteamevents.com. We'll note your group rates or stop contacting you, whichever you prefer.

FAQ

Questions

What kinds of events?+

Team outings in greater Seattle where a group rate makes sense: sports courts, private rooms, activity venues and more.

Does the agent book or pay on its own?+

No. It drafts, asks and compares. You approve every email before it's sent, and nothing is booked or paid without your approval.

How do venues know who they're talking to?+

Every first email says it was written by an AI assistant on your behalf, and you're cc'd, so the venue can always reach you directly.

How are quotes compared?+

The agent reads each reply and shows you the price next to the venue's exact words. You confirm the number. Ranking is plain arithmetic on confirmed numbers, such as price per court-hour, so it never ranks a number you haven't checked.

What does it cost?+

It's free during the beta.

How do I join?+
